Antonella Alberti has matured a wealth of resources and experience which she makes available to the Group today. Her journey began more than 30 years ago in the field of technologies, carrying out significant innovative projects in a multinational company in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector; she then dealt with Organizational Development and Change Management for clients of various Consulting firms. The understanding of customer needs, as the greatest drive for sales, combined with communication skills, led her towards Marketing and Communication in technology service companies. Since 2013 you have returned to dealing mainly with people and organizations with managerial roles in the Human Resources area of system integrator companies.<\/p>\n
