Innovaway focuses on the digitization of the public administration. Reengineering and standardizing administrative procedures are the two objectives that led Innovaway to acquire the PA branch of Archidata, a historical reality of Italian consultancy that for years has a consolidated experience in technical assistance to public administrations to guarantee efficiency and quality in the management of the structural funds.
Thanks to these operations, Innovaway, which today has offices in Milan, Turin, Rome, Naples, Bari, Catanzaro, Cosenza and in Tirana, Albania, aims to achieve an aggregate turnover of about 50 million euros this year, continuing the path of expanding its offer with the addition of services dedicated to banks and insurance companies, and also growing through the development of external lines.
In the public administration market, the company counts among its main customers the Autonomous Province of Bolzano and the Polygraphic Institute and State Mint. In fact, for the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, since 2015, Innovaway has been providing a Help Desk service in Italian and German for employees, with managed volumes of more than 10,000 contacts per month, while for the Polygraphic Institute and State Mint, as of 2018, Innovaway carries out a support service for workstations distributed throughout the national territory in Italian municipalities for the issue of electronic identity cards.
"With these acquisitions", commented the CEO of Innovaway, Antonio Giacomini, "we consolidate our position as a leader group in the ICT services sector. The acquisition is focused on a particularly innovative company branch, namely the one whose purpose is carrying out the re-engineering and standardization of administrative procedures ".
