To the Group chaired by Antonio Giacomini a lot of the Consip tender worth 30 million euro
The Innovaway Group, a leading operator in the digital transformation sector, will be the next supplier of HCL technologies for the PA, by virtue of the definitive ineffective award of lot 9 relating to the Consip tender for the assignment of the multi-brand supply of products to public administrations software, maintenance and related services.
The Group, chaired by the CEO Antonio Giacomini, thus strengthens its position in the technological innovation market, with particular reference to IT services for the PA.
«We believe that the solutions present in the HCL Software software catalog are of absolute importance for Public Administrations, as they allow for the automation, optimization and management of processes, systems and applications», explained the CEO Antonio Giacomini.
The lot awarded to the Innovaway Group provides for the supply of HCL Software products, the renewal of maintenance for licenses in use and related services for a total value based on the auction of 30 million euros, in addition to the legal ceilings of a further 7 .5 million euros. The duration of the agreement will be 12 months, starting from the closure of the currently active one.
