The two Georgian students Mariam Zenaishvili and Toma Pirtskheliani, winners of the 2023 edition of "STEM Study Visit To Italy", the National Award for the best innovators in Georgia, have arrived in Italy, at the Innovaway company.
The National STEM Award, born in 2019 thanks to the technical-scientific cooperation agreement between the COTEC Italia Foundation and GITA (Georgia's Innovation and Technology Agency), in agreement with the Italian Embassy in Tbilisi, annually offers two young innovators a three-month scholarship at technological centers or leading Italian companies, guaranteeing intensive work experience in the world of Digital Transformations and Technological Innovation.
For this year's edition, which will be hosted by Innovaway, the two young talents will be engaged in a learning path in the Data Analyst field as developers. The project that Innovaway wanted to dedicate to him is aimed at creating a managerial dashboard on data management to support HR decisions, and, therefore, on human capital. The requirements of the data collected will have as the main "client" of the project, Antonella Alberti, Chief People & Organization Officer of the Innovaway group; The project tutor will be Gianluca Altieri, Digital Experience Manager of Innovaway.
