The Income Management platform is used by the INPS to manage annually the acquisition and updating of economic surveys received by beneficiaries of social security and/or income-related benefits. The platform is composed of several application components, some of which managed by Innovaway (Italian Income Issue, Foreign Income Issue, etc.) The company has asked to improve the efficiency levels of procedures and product quality, implementing planning, processing monitoring and verification capabilities.
