ITA Airways is the flag carrier of Italy, owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The company has relied on Innovaway, which since 2018 is the main partner of the Airline in the provision of ITSM (Service Desk) services. We were asked to implement and improve the Service Request service to ensure better customer service.
