Innovaway completes the acquisition of Olisistem Start's Banking & Insurance Business Unit, guaranteeing employment continuity for the 300 employees. Two years after the announcement of the operation, the acquisition by Innovaway of the Business Unit Banking & Insurance branch of Olisistem Start, a company that provides IT and Business Process Outsourcing services for Intesa Sanpaolo and for the main companies in the Italian and international financial sector. The acquisition takes place at the end of a complex operation that has given employment continuity to all the more than three hundred workers. In fact, in these 24 months, Innovaway has implemented the integration of the acquired unit within its service delivery model distributed across multiple locations, with greater flexibility, greater ability to follow customer business developments and with a high degree of service resilience. To date, the services are carried out not only by the historic offices in Turin, Milan and Rome, but also by the Naples office and the new Benevento office, for which Innovaway expects significant growth.
