As a result of the ongoing transformations due to the pandemic, which has accelerated market trends, and in anticipation of the impacts related to the introduction of new technologies that enable/favour the long-distance relationship between Customer and Bank, it is planned to activate a Support Service to the Online Branch of the Bank, identifying Innovaway as a reality to which to address part of the management of practices related to the subscription processes of products offered at a distance by the Bank.
