Laureato in Scienze dell’Amministrazione presso la Facoltà di Giurisprudenza dell’Università Parthenope di Napoli è stato co-fondatore di diverse società (Prestitalia S.p.A., Cesaweb S.p.A., G&G Holding S.r.l. e Innovaway S.p.A.), maturando una consolidata e ventennale esperienza nel settore Finanziario e dell’Information Technology, nonchè ha realizzato delle start up in diversi ambiti di mercato: Real Estate, Food e Hospitality.

Chairman del Board e CEO di Innovaway, è stato designato Consigliere della sezione ICT dell’Unione Industriale di Napoli. È anche Presidente della Fondazione ITS-ICT, Alta Tecnologia dell’Informazione e della Comunicazione “Campania Hitech & Communication” e Consigliere di Sbarro Health Research Organization.

Antonio has great ability to read and interpret market trends both nationally and internationally, he has excellent skills in planning, implementing and integrating Innovaway's strategic direction within the organization.

Graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan in Electronic Engineering and has gained over 25 years of experience in the ICT sector. In 2017 he joined Management Innovaway. Previously he worked for Fastweb, following large and complex organizations, both private and public, in Digital Transformation, Cloud Transformation and Cyber security projects, with a specific focus on critical infrastructures. Before Fastweb, he worked in consultancy companies: he was senior manager in Deloitte Consulting with responsibility for the IT Strategy area, Vice President in Capgemini in the Consulting Business Unit, with responsibility for the public sector.

He has managed significant IT solution implementation and organizational and process alignment projects for large clients, primarily in the energy, transportation and public sectors.

Gabriele Grasso

Gabriele has excellent analysis and evaluation skills of company performance. He participates in the definition of strategic corporate policies and business development through M & A operations defined by the Innovaway Group.

Graduated in Administration and Control, Parthenope subsequently obtained a second degree in Economic Sciences from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Naples. He continued his educational path by obtaining a Master's Diploma in Administration, Finance and Control at the University of Pisa and an IAEP School-International Auditing Educational Program Master's Diploma.

Registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors and in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the Court of Naples, He became a member of the Auditing Principles Commission and Board of Auditors of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Naples.

Specializations: corporate and tax consultancy - audit of the annual and consolidated financial statements of production and service companies, financial companies, credit institutions, insurance companies and companies listed on the Italian Stock Exchange S.p.A., - preparation and updating of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 of 2001, - Financial Due Diligence, - implementation of internal control systems - SCI. Financial consultancy, business plans and definition of business strategies for companies with high innovative value (innovative start-ups).

Salvatore boasts long experience in the IT sector with a solid career in the HR of multinational companies such as IBM and Kyndryl where he has gained skills at a national and international level in the areas of HR Business Development, Employee & Labor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Compensation & Benefits, Management Development, Global HR Leadership and Organizations Management. Her education includes an MBA from Henley Business School (University of Reading) combining specialist technical and managerial skills in the ICT market.

Philippe Rouvrais joins the Innovaway team as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Transformation, He has a considerable experience in global operations and business management, gained over twenty-five years of career. Philippe will play a key role in advancing Innovaway’s transformation strategies. His contribution will be essential to drive innovation, improve our delivery capabilities and consolidate Innovaway’s position as a global technology leader. Philippe will also lead the international business, as CEO of Innovaway North America and Bulgaria.

He has held key roles as Group Vice President of Technical Delivery & Operations and has been a key leader in various roles at major multinational companies. Recognized for his strategic acumen, Philippe has a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies that scale companies internationally.

His experience in leading diverse and geographically dispersed teams, combined with his ability to execute complex operational plans, makes it an invaluable asset to the Innovaway team. With his leadership, the company is set to enhance its growth and expand its global presence significantly.

Alfonso boasts decades of experience in managerial roles in the ICT sector. He is a high profile top executive who throughout his work experience has met talented and unforgettable people giving him fantastic years, full of learning and great experiences.

Graduated from the University of Naples (Federico II) in Electronic Engineering, he has gained over 30 years of experience in the IT sector and in the service industry covering roles as Solution Engineer, Project/Program/Bid Manager, Sales Director and Managing Director .

He has worked for medium/large sized companies active in the TLC sector, for IT services companies and System Integrators, always aiming at the innovation of business models, seeking the excellence of products and services aimed at helping customers to be successful. The constant orientation towards everything that pertains to the creation of value has allowed him to build a network of relationships with the most significant stakeholders, Italian and international, leaders in the sector.

Leadership and continuous and autonomous training have allowed Alfonso Losanno to consolidate himself as a constant reference for internal/external customers and for the shareholders of the companies for which he has worked.

Giuseppe supports the company's top management in the coordination and management of strategic and operational activities, supervising the implementation of company development projects. The experience gained within the company together with his academic training led him to play a reference role for Merger & Acquisition activities, operationally supporting all the stakeholders involved with a specific focus on the economic, financial and strategic perimeter.

Graduated in Management Engineering from the University of Naples "Federico II" and qualified to practice the profession of Industrial Engineer, he joined Innovaway in 2014 and through a path of professional growth, accompanied by some certifications such as that of Project Management Professional (PMP) issued by the Project Management Institute, since 2018 he has been part of the CEO's staff.

Previously he gained experience at the multinational ABB, a leading company in energy and automation technologies.

In fact, she supports the Top Management, in particular the CEO, in the daily management of activities through both organizational and executive tasks.

Graduated in Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Modern Letters of the Federico II University of Naples. After graduating, you obtained a Master's degree in Public Management at Stoà-STOA '-Institute of Studies for Business Management and Management – in Ercolano (Naples)

You began your professional experience in consultancy with the company Butera & Partners with a project of "Feasibility study for the creation of a website for managers of the Public Administration."

You continued your professional growth path with Romeo Gestioni S.p.A. where you participated in the drafting of various tender projects, including the project relating to the tender announced by Consip S.p.A. for Global Service management consultancy services for public administration properties.

In 2013 you joined Innovaway with the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO, supporting the management in the management of Institutional Relations.

Graduated in Law, Lawyer, he joined Innovaway at the beginning of 2021. He has gained twenty years of experience in the financial intermediation sector, holding the role of Head of the Legal Office in leading companies specialized in the provision of salary-backed loans. In this role, also on the basis of the drafting of procedures and manuals, he managed both the legal and corporate aspects and all the typical post-sales activities.

Titti has excellent skills in analyzing market opportunities, defining development plans from a strategic point of view and the related operational plans, including the correct sizing of resources and skills. She is passionate about innovative projects and start-ups, used to working in very competitive and complex contexts, she supports the definition of priorities and the most effective actions from the point of view of both internal and external impact.

Graduated from the Federico II Faculty of Economics and Commerce in Naples, she was Marketing and Communication Manager in leading national and international companies in the consumer goods and TLC sectors (Nestlè, The Coca-Cola Company bottlers, TIM, Blu and Vodafone); since 2016 you have started a new professional path as a consultant, making your more than twenty years of know-how and method available.
