The event takes stock of governance and innovation projects in the Healthcare sector.

On October 29 and 30, 2026, the city of Rouen hosted the IPCEI Health General Assemblies 2026a strategic event organized by the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. The meeting brought together Member States, the European Commission, and the companies involved in the IPCEI (Important Project of Common European Interest) Tech4Cure and Med4Cure programs. The primary objective of the sessions was to assess project progress, define governance frameworks, and consolidate synergies within the European healthcare innovation ecosystem.

In this international scenario, Innovaway confirms its position among the leading Italian technological players in the IPCEI Tech4Cure, an initiative dedicated to sustainable innovation in the medical device sector.

Our strategic contribution comes to life through the F-SNICAP project..Through the development of a modular suite of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) components and the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions, the goal is to transform oncological diagnostics by bridging the current gap between academic research and clinical practice. For healthcare and IT decision-makers, this translates into tangible progress toward "3P" medicine: predictive, preventive, and personalized. Innovaway leads this complex technological and managerial challenge, ensuring the highest standards of data compliance and security in close collaboration with highly authoritative medical-scientific partners.

A delegation representing the F-SNICAP project team actively took part in all scheduled activities. The first day of sessions, held at the Pavillon des Transitions, outlined the operational guidelines of the program. The sessions, conducted with rigorous precision, defined the governance framework, monitoring procedures, and reporting mechanisms. A key milestone was the election of the chairmen of the Facilitation GroupTech4Cure's governing body: Lionel Cima (FineHeart) and Christophe Moureaux (Cisteo MEDICAL), leaders representing robust industrial synergy in the biomedical sector.

In the afternoon, a visit to the platforms of the Medical Training Center (MTC) in Rouen enabled direct discussions on simulation technologies with university and CHU (Centre Hospitalier Universitaire) teams. This experience underscored how Tech4Cure serves as a truly integrated ecosystem of research, clinical training, and technology transfer.

The Rouen General Assemblies confirm that European innovation in Life Sciences now rests on solid, transparent governance ready to compete on a global scale—an ecosystem where Innovaway continues to deliver tangible value as a technology partner for the future of healthcare.
